Mark Sterns and Joe Poore are the founders of Higher Power Aviation, a DFW-based FAA training center for airlines, corporations, government and military services, and individuals offering training on primarily Boeing aircraft. Higher Power Aviation is the leading Boeing 737 type rating provider and the majority of pilots hired at Southwest Airlines receive their Boeing 737 type rating from HPA. Mark and Joe operate a unique training center in that they are a company fully based on a set of values.
