Wingmen Elements are designed to provide men with acceptance, affirmation and accountability.
We call our small groups “Elements” because we just wanted to be different. An Element is the smallest building block and foundation of life. In military terminology, an Element is the smallest group of jet fighters to go into combat. Elements are the vehicles we use to connect with other men. It may be two guys or twelve guys, joining together to share hopes, dreams, failures – life. At some point, all men face distress, debt or discontentment.
